# Crosschain Token Functionality

The ARTZ token will have cross chain functionality across three smart contract chains of Ethereum, Binance & Polygon. 

The users will be able to use this feature by executing a call to the bridge smart contract to lock tokens on the holder chain and receiving equal amount tokens on the desired chain. 

This will enable to increase the potential user base across all three platforms and also provide the ecosystem users to store their token on the exchange of their choice. 

The cross chain functionality will be implemented with the use of bridge contracts. 

Any token burn (deflation) will reduce the effective number of token across all the three chains. 

The ARTZ token will be used to buy Fire Artz NFT from NFT marketplaces on all the three chains.
